An opportunity to try out what counselling might be like without any fees or obligation to continue if it doesn't feel right. Share as much or as little as you want, and use this as a way to get to know your potential therapist.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Therapy is specific to you and what you are going through. We believe in working WITH you, in a non-judgmental manner.
FAMILY THERAPY
$150 - $170
Family difficulties can feel very complicated and overwhelming. It's tough to pinpoint or identify what the problem is when you are in the middle of the action.
We can help identify the problem, set realistic goals, and provide a roadmap for improvement and clarity in your family.

FREE 15-MINUTE CONSULTATION
We begin your counselling process by booking a FREE 15-minute consultation by phone at no charge.
During this consultation, we discuss your reason for reaching out, the issue or difficulties at hand, and how we feel we can help you. You can share as much or as little as you want, and ask anything about the process.
We encourage you to use the consultation to get to know your therapist a little to assess if you feel they are a fit for you.
COST & BILLING
The cost for counselling is $150 - $170 per session, based on which therapist you are seeing. Each session is 50-55 minutes long, unless otherwise planned and agreed upon. Payment is made at the end of every session by your credit card stored on file.
We are able to provide you a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company to be reimbursed. We encourage you to check with your insurance company to understand your coverage.
