September 28: 6:00-8:30pm
The Avenue Room
119 3rd Ave S
The world of leading people or owning a business is often seen as exciting; however there is another side which is rarely talked about: the loneliness, stress, anxiety, angst, all consuming thoughts, imposter syndrome, burnout, negative thinking and so much more.
Join Jess Tetu, a serial entrepreneur, business mentor and public speaker, along with Amber Brodziak, MSW RSW: Owner of private therapy practices in Calgary, Edmonton and Saskatoon for an evening of diving into the mental health side of business and leadership.
Amber will begin the evening by presenting some of the aspects of entrepreneurship that is difficult on our mental health, and how to take care of ourselves.
Jess will then share her story of resilience, perseverance and keys to building a successful business.
We would LOVE to see you there!
